Mr. Milton was one of the founders and principal shareholders of BTS Development Corporation in 1979 and coordinated all the financial and legal matters. Jeffrey Milton is an accomplished attorney having enjoyed a distinguished career in public service both at the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodities Futures Trading Commission and later in private practice as a Partner in what was then the second largest law firm in the United States. Mr. Milton took his expertise in real estate, tax and corporate law and turned to business where he is the CEO of BTS Development Corporation, a real estate development company with 40 years of experience in the Southwest Florida market. He has also served on the Board of Directors of three banks and four golf clubs including the Sanctuary Golf Club on Sanibel Island where he was president for ten years.

Under Mr. Milton’s guidance BTS developed multiple golf course communities and golf clubs as well as six luxury condominium communities fronting the Gulf of Mexico on Sanibel Island, Florida, and a private island yachting community with million dollars waterfront residences in Fort Myers, Florida. BTS has created hundreds of millions of dollars of property value. Mr. Milton is also experienced in condominium conversions and hotel restoration utilizing historic tax credits.

In addition to his career as a successful attorney, banker and real estate developer, Mr. Milton is a Senior Lecturer at the R.H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Mr. Milton holds both Juris Doctorate and LLM law degrees. 

Mr. Naumann was one of the founders and principal shareholders of BTS Development Corporation in 1979. John Naumann is also President of John Naumann & Associates, Inc. (JNA), a Southwest Florida based real estate company that was formed in 1975.

He has served as President for BTS Development Corporation since 1979, which developed over $250 Million of Resort Property on Sanibel Island and in Fort Myers, including two golf course communities and one waterfront community with a marina. Mr. Naumann was President of JNA, an affiliated real estate sales company on Sanibel Island with annual sales more than $200 million. JNA is the largest real estate brokerage company on Sanibel and Captiva.

Previously, he was also President of Sanibel Accommodations, Inc., a Sanibel based property management corporation. Mr. Naumann was also involved in the development of various condominium developments on Sanibel as well as two other golf course communities in Winter Haven and Tarpon Springs, Florida. He was formerly the Chairman of Sanctuary Golf Club for ten years.

Eric Testi, a citizen of France and Luxembourg, began his career in Luxembourg in private banking and real estate, developing luxury residences in Monaco and Paris with the Suez Group.
Adept in locating sources of new capital and introducing important strategic alliances.

Mr. Testi has worked in the Caribbean area for over 20 years in senior managerial positions in a variety of sectors, ranging from airline companies to logistics, financial and real estate development. He also has worked in business development for the largest duty-free jeweler in the Caribbean.

Mr. Testi first collaborated with BTS Development Corporation in 2010 and has been a Partner of BTS Caribe S.A since 2015.
He is also working as a CMO and partner on real estate development projects in Mexico and Cuba.
He is a Partner of "Byasponges" in Cozumel, Mexico. 

Mr. Testi holds a bachelor’s degree in Social and Economic Administration - Université Paris VIII (1986) and is fluent in multiple languages including French, English, Spanish, Italian, German and Luxembourgish.
